This form was designed to assist Pastors in keeping an organized methodology of filing their sermons. The form can be used a "Cover Page" for sermons that will show the important attributes of a sermon. This form also is great for pastors who record sermon audio or video. This form can be given to the website administrators so they can quickly and accurately post it online.
