A quick and simple smoothie under 275 calories packed with protein and carbohydrates that will give you a workout jumpstart!

 ½ cup Fresh Carrot Juice
 1 cup Fat Free Milk
 1 Banana, cut into chunks
 2 Strawberries
 3 Ice Cubes
 9.50 g Body Fortress® Super Advanced Whey Isolate, Vanilla Creme
 1 tsp Raw Honey
 ¼ cup Splend, Stevia or equivalent no calorie sweetener

Combine carrot juice, milk, whey protein, Splenda, honey in a blender at low speed until evenly mixed.

Add banana slices, strawberries and ice cubes into blender at the highest settings. Be sure to only add a few at a time to ensure the blender does not have a high load. Blend until ingredients are evenly mixed.
