Flavorful Yogurt Rice with Chicken Breast packed with protein!

 ½ cup Water
 ¼ cup Light & fit Greek Vanilla Yogurt
 ¼ cup Fat Free Milk
 46 g Liquid Egg Whites
 62 g Chicken Breasts Tenderloins
Optional
 1 Tumaros 9 Grain with Chia Wrap
 2 tbsp Ground Turmeric

Prepare Jasmine Rice with Water in a rice cooker or in a saucepan. Follow directions found on the package. White Rice can be substituted if desired with little change in nutritional value.

In a bowl, combine Yogurt, milk, turmeric and liquid eggs. Stir until all ingredients are mixed evenly.
