46 g Liquid Egg Whites

Prepare Jasmine Rice with Water in a rice cooker or in a saucepan. Follow directions found on the package. White Rice can be substituted if desired with little change in nutritional value.

In a bowl, combine Yogurt, milk, turmeric and liquid eggs. Stir until all ingredients are mixed evenly.
